As such, we try to create a cushion to prevent late delivery.

Is this a Limited Edition book? Are there going to be a limited number printed?
This is a First Edition printing of this project. There will only be one print of this First Edition, and supplies will be limited once that printing is done. Depending on the project, there may be a Second Edition printing at a later time, though the Second Edition will be marked ‘Second Edition’ and may have less features than the First Edition (no signature, no gilding/coloring, less art, etc.)

I late-pledged the project but don't see it on my Kickstarter account. Did I do something wrong?
Nope! Think of late-pledging as more like placing a pre-order. While you are purchasing the product(s) that were featured on the Kickstarter campaign, they are not part of the original campaign and do not tie back to Kickstarter. Rest assured, however, that we have your order and will process it once we start fulfillment!

Once you start shipping, how do you process orders?
We pack and ship orders by their contents, typically from the largest quantity and simplest of similar orders, down to the smallest and most complex. This means that we tend to ship a lot of orders very quickly at first before slowing down at the end because the remaining orders are more complicated.
For Example: Let’s say we have 100 backers. 60 of them ordered 1 hardcover, 25 ordered a hardcover and a paperback, 10 ordered 2 hardcovers, and 5 ordered a hardcover, paperback, and a custom art piece. We’re going to pack the orders for the group of 60 first, followed by the group of 25, and so on.

I got my tracking information, and it doesn't look like it's been picked up by the carrier yet. Did my order get lost?
When we pack and ship orders, especially at first, it’s typically hundreds of boxes at a time. To ship efficiently, they need to get palletized and picked up by either USPS or UPS, which takes time to schedule and coordinate.

While we try to make sure that our products are well-protected, sometimes they can get damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please send an email to [email protected] and include pictures of the damaged product and the box.

Where/when do I input my shipping address? Can I update it once I give it to you?
Once the funding period of the campaign comes to a close, Kickstarter will take approximately 15 days to collect pledges. After this timeframe, we will send out surveys via Backerkit that will ask folks for their shipping information to complete their order.
You will be able to update your address at any point via your original survey link up to when Wraithmarked locks addresses, which is usually about 48hrs before fulfillment starts in your region.

I am experiencing financial hardship. I would like to request a refund after the campaign ends. How do I go about doing that?
As a rule, Wraithmarked Creative does not provide refunds less than 8 months after the “Estimated delivery” for any reward tier within a campaign that has already ended (which can be found at the bottom of any reward tier, above the items included).
Once a pledge has been processed, not only has Kickstarter claimed their 5% fee, but credit card fees have also been processed. Wraithmarked cannot recuperate those, so every refund costs us 10%+ of that pledge. If we’ve already put in the purchase orders for the rewards, that cost increases exponentially.
That being said… we have been known to make exceptions for cases of financial hardship. If you are in financial hardship and need us to refund you for your pledge, you can reach out to [email protected] with the subject ‘Financial Hardship Refund Request’ and let us know that you are seeking a refund for financial security reasons, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
IMPORTANT EXCHANGE RATE NOTE: Please note that all refunds will be in USD, and calculated with respect to the original purchase price in USD, regardless of updated exchange rates. So if we are refunding a $100 USD purchase, you will receive $100 USD, regardless of updated exchange rates.

I see that addresses have been locked, but I need to change mine. Can I do that?
Unfortunately not. Once addresses are locked, our fulfillment partners promptly receive all shipping information (addresses included) and may start shipping within as little as 12 hours. For that reason, once addresses are locked, they cannot be unlocked.
We do our absolute best to mitigate this issue but providing multiple reminders and warnings throughout the campaign that addresses are being locked, in particular as we get close to the lock date. These occur at the following times and in the following ways:
• The post-campaign completion Update. • At least once monthly as a reminder in our ongoing campaign Updates. • Specifically, as part of a reminder Update in the month before we know address locking is incoming. • Specifically as a 48hr-warning Update. • As a 48-hour warning email from our post-campaign management partner.
NOTE: If you are in the process of transitioning addresses as we approach the locking of addresses, we recommend you use a stable secondary address where you will be able to retrieve your package, such as your work address, a friend’s, or a family member’s (with permission with said employer, friend, or family member respectively).

Not to worry! Wraithmarked, as well as our fulfillment partners, often print out labels in “batches” in order to speed up shipping. As a result, your tracking number may be created as early as a month before your actual package is out the door (though this is very rare).

It’s been more than 6 months since the completion of fulfillment of this project was announced. I just realized that I never completed my survey and didn’t receive my rewards. What do I do?
First, a quick explanation: We maintain an extended support window on each of our campaigns that lasts for 6 months after that campaign has completed fulfillment (a campaign has “completed fulfillment” once we have shipped orders to all backers with completed surveys) OR after the campaign’s anticipated fulfillment date, whichever is later.
Unfortunately, almost every crowdfunding campaign like ours ends up with surveys that do not get completed. This could be caused by anything as simple as someone losing access to a Kickstarter account to something as complex and unfortunate as the death of a backer. For this reason, as we need a survey to fulfill a backer’s pledge, we call a project “complete” after we have fulfilled everything we can.
Regrettably, if that extended support period has passed, we will be unable to ship your pledge or provide a refund. The earliest this period would end will never be less than 12 months after the end of a campaign, and more likely be as much as 20 months or more. In addition to the fact that we send out multiple calls for survey completions throughout that time period on top of the prodding BackerKit does, we feel that’s a reasonable time for all backers to ensure that their surveys are completed.

This project's fulfillment has been delayed. How do I request a refund for my rewards?
It is important to know that, like with any legitimate Kickstarter, Wraithmarked does not have reward items in hand at the time of a campaign ending. We finalized all designs based on unlocked Stretch Goals, so nothing is “finished” till well after the campaign ends. Sometimes we are also still collecting assets for the products, like art, merch designs, etc. For that reason, we always allow at least 14 months after the end of a campaign for the fulfillment of any promised rewards (the “Estimated delivery”, which can be found at the bottom of any reward tier, above the items included).
Sometimes, however, we come across issues in our production cycle, in particular because our rewards are made complicated by our desire to deliver the best product we can. Lots of unique art, high-end materials, signatures where we can get them, etc. Because of this, it is possible for a project to be delayed beyond even our anticipated 14 months of delivery.
Wraithmarked Creative does not provide refunds less than 8 months after the “Estimated delivery” for any reward tier within a campaign that has already ended. In the rare event that more than 8 months beyond the “Estimated delivery” has passed, we offer a full 100% refund to any Backer who would like to request one.
If the fulfillment of a project has been delayed more than 8 months beyond the “Estimated delivery”, you can request a refund by:

The exact title of the project you are requesting a refund for (you can copy and paste it from the Kickstarter campaign page), your full current address, including your name, address, country, and postal code.
If you have a PayPal: Your PayPal email in case we can’t refund through Kickstarter (which will happen if the credit card you used on the campaign is no longer valid).
If you don’t have a PayPal: Just let us know you don’t have one and if we need to, we’ll coordinate a different way to get you refunded.
Please be aware that it may take up to a week for us to get to your refund ticket, so if you don’t hear from us within a few business days, don’t worry. We do our best to address tickets in the order in which they come in.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
